General Terms and Conditions of Die Chaos-Killer Berlin for clearance services, house clearances, document shredding and container rental

1. Scope

1.1 These GTC apply to all services including clearance, bulky waste disposal, house clearances, hoarder situations, commercial clearances, document destruction, container rental, final cleaning and renovation work.

2. Contract Formation

2.1 Quotations are non-binding. Contracts are formed upon written, oral or implied confirmation.

3. Prices and Payment

3.2 Payment options: cash upon completion, advance bank transfer, or instant transfer.

4. Customer Obligations

4.1 Customers must inform about special risks, hazardous materials or problematic items in writing.

5. Liability

5.1 We’re not liable for damages unless caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

6. Ownership

6.1 Items handed over for disposal become our property.

7. Data Protection

7.1 All personal and business data is treated confidentially per GDPR.
